He (Kanchi Mahaswami) referred to the fact that teachers of Advaita have appeared at all times and in all the different parts of the country, and have left behind immortal works on Advaita; and He declared that it was our duty to study those works and gain the wisdom that is contained in them-Late Dr.T M P Mahadevan in his report about the Golden celebration of the Advaitha Sabha in Kumbakonam in Febrauary 1945.
